Quality Control

Huir has a 10763 square feet quality testing center equipped with modern advanced precision instruments and equipment worth nearly 15 million yuan, including atomic absorption analyzer, ultraviolet analyzer, high performance thin layer chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography, and gas chromatography. In addition, it can independently control product content, pesticide residue, physical and chemical properties, microorganisms, heavy metals and other quality indicators to prevent confusion, pollution and deviation.

The quality inspection department consists of undergraduates, masters and doctors with rich experience. It has established a complete quality control system, which keeps samples from raw materials to finished products, ensuring that the quality is strictly in accordance with Pharmacopoeia standards and meets the requirements of customers in different countries.

R&D and Production

Huir is a provincial-level high-tech enterprise in Hunan Province. After more than a decade of development, it has an experimental laboratory with complete analytical instruments, production facilities in line with GMP standards, modern factories and a complete production quality management system. We work with experts and professors who are renowned in the field to focus on product development, production and processing, providing a strong support for corporate research and innovation.

Industry-University R&D Collaboration

Huir is a governing unit of the Medicinal Plant Resources Engineering Talents Cultivation Foundation. It attaches great importance to the attraction and cultivation of talents. It has successively cooperated with Hunan Agricultural University, Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Hunan Jishou University to obtain the production and research cooperation. Huir owns multiple patens including these for Huperzine A and Resveratrol.

Huir has been cooperating with international the third-party laboratories such as SGS, Eurofins, Alkemist, NSF, Intertek, PONY, etc. to provide customers with authoritative product testing reports.
